This is a strange day, for the first time in my daughter's life (she is my oldest), I will not be there for a big moment. Feels weird. She has had triumphs and disappointments in the past, but I've always been there to cheer, hug or wipe tears. This is the beginning of her life as an adult, which is good, but I gotta admit I'm a little sad. How about you WalkintheWoods, Sunflowerstate and NorthernMom? I would have liked to see her face when she opens that envelope. :')
