1. Of course. You have a diploma from an accredited institution (state law equires that) so of course it's OK.
2. Not knowing the campus, I can't say. But if you don't have it, you just don't have it.
3. Just use your GPA. Most sororities don't look at SAT/ACTs anyway.
4. I would say it's semi competitive at WKU but not like SEC schools.
