The sororities can't have their bid list already made because they have no idea if you, or Patty PNM, or Suzy Sororitywannabe, etc., will come back to their next round of parties, much less to one of their pref. parties.
It would be a good idea to NOT listen to rumors or tent talk. Give all the sororities a chance, and try to determine which sorority would be the best fit for you as you are now, not as someone you one day hope to be.
