I'm writing a rec for a local girl, who is OOS. She provided me not only with her resume and photo, but also her HS transcript. While I have written a few recs for Bama in the past, I have never had a transcript.
I always include it with my recommendations, and I've been complimented on the throughness of my recs.

Definitely include it. Most girls here send their HS (and/or college) transcript to all of their RIF writers along with photos and resume.

Use the transcript to confirm her academic points such as GPA and ACT. If she is an honors student use it to highlight the specific rigorous coursework that she took.
Then include it with what you submit.
If she didn't black out her SS# then do that for her.
