Sophie Be advised. Don't become a part of something that you can't feel proud of and that can't feel proud of you. Your weight is not a reflection of your performance in the organization it is a reflection of you. If you carry your esteem high along with your weight, you can soar at whatever to set out to do. There are NO perfect sizes in any organization.
