The J Crew Ludlow suit -- $225 for pants and $450 for the jacket (not to mention shirt, tie, pocket square, shoes & socks) is NOT breaking the bank for a college student??? Whoa!

And, the Talk About The Abstraction clothing line is very dishelveded Boho/Hippie/Surfer ... in an expensive way. (Except for the Confederate flag dress shirt, that is.)

Maybe this fraternity can get a recall vote on the Apparel Chair position.

Talk About the Abstraction doesn't exactly seem like the go to brand for a traditional fraternity man. I thought that was a tad odd.

Apparel Chair...really?

At least he managed to get his point across without offering tips on how to date rape women or threatening to c**t-punt anyone. I tip my fedora in your direction, sir.

Right? Of all the "leaked" fraternity emails we've seen lately, this is by far the best. A little on the silly side, but otherwise, I have no complaints.

So overpriced soho/bohemian fashion has replaced the traditional prep look as the fraternity man look?

I can't believe that email is real. I won't.

Kudos to the Talking About The Abstraction PR department for planting this "leaked" fraternity email. Very creative way to convince fraternity men that they're supposed to be wearing clothes that look like you slept in them, and paying out the wazoo for the privilege.
