Prayer/positive energy request

Never feel sorry for asking for prayers - "Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their toil. For if they fall, one will lift up his fellow. But woe to him who is alone when he falls and has not another to lift him up! Again, if two lie together, they keep warm, but how can one keep warm alone? Turning in a prayer request for my Dad; he is being admitted to the hospital tomorrow due to some problems with his kidneys; this is a precautionary measure due to some test results coming in from his doctor's office and I theorize that if it was a major issue, they would have him down there tonight. He is in his late 70s.

Prayers for all...

Please pray for my father. He has a herniated disc (this happened a while back) and he's having mobility issues. We went into NYC today and visited a museum, and he wound up in a LOT of pain. He could scarcely walk, even with his cane.

When we got back, he took some Advil and took a nap. He's ok now. But I've told him that he must report this to his physical therapist and his internist.

He didn't go to confession today. He goes every week - even if he's not conscious of having committed a sin, he goes for the grace of confession. So this is major.
