On a more positive note, it is going to break the freezing point in KC today! Woo hoo! We may actually get to see our curbs again. I think it will still be a couple days before we actually see patches of open ground, but there's good news and sunshine on the horizon! But man oh man, watch out for those icicles.

What are these "curbs" of which you speak? I have forgotten what they are....
A fellow professor told me his mailbox looked like a "Hobbit Hole" -- I'm sure there's a curb under there somewhere, but it's going to be a long time before it emerges.
