I took your original question as a broad inquiry that does not necessarily delve into the private side of membership selection.

I would personally (not speaking for my sorority) want to see leadership potential, ambition yet humility, good listening skills, good speaking skills, and a general friendly demeanor. To me, that is part of "quality."

But I love what others have said above about quantity sometimes driving quality. When women see your members being active around campus, they will be interested and want to see what you have going on.

Thank you, LouisaMay! I feel I have gathered what I want out of this thread! I will continue to search in order to do my research so I can make a proposal for my organization.

I just want to take you so much for being kind to me and helping me figure this aspect out as it is so foreign for my campus.
