My daughter knows of two girls who have been approached (both by the same sorority). One was asked to join yesterday, the other today. I am unsure if they were a snap bid or a cob but I was under the impression that cob would not begin until after the DPhie had finished their recruitment.
Can someone explain the requirements to participate in COB? Can someone who rushed and did not list all the sororities she was invited to for 3 party participate? What about someone who withdrew and did not fill out a bid card at all?
