Yes that’s why I am so confused, I never head of a CC rushing or even joining. But since I am eligible to take classes at FSU and my main school be TCC for the time being, I am able to rush. I will just call the office to make sure it has not changed.

The only reason I asked is because of my friend. She is now a sophomore and rushed her freshman year and is apart of a house. That being said her main school was TCC and it still is but she is transferring fall 14.

NPC has instituted change to that Unanimous Agreement. I just got the email yesterday. Make sure they have the latest information. It came out after the fall NPC meeting.

For what it is worth, NIC fraternities have been allowed to charter on Junior Colleges for some time now. The NIC also allows city-wide chapters. I’m not sure if this was a change in policy to allow NPHC fraternities to join the NIC or if it was in place before they joined. Also, some NIC fraternities allow a specific campus chapter to take members from a local (specific) community college.

I am pretty sure I’ve read here on GC that men at TCC pledge FSU fraternities while they were still at TCC.

Thanks, Titchou! What does the rule change propose? And is the change in effect now?
