Ever since my oldest daughter hit middle school last year, I have started paying more attention to all things related to high school and college prep. (OMG. When did college costs go through the roof?) Since I didn't go through NPC recruitment in college, I don't have first hand experience soliciting recs so bear with me if my questions are silly.
Do rec writers submit recs to the national org or directly to the local chapters at the school you will be rushing in? In other words, if e813 finds an old family friend to write a rec for XYZ sorority, would she need to send a copy to each of the finalist universities that have a chapter of XYZ on their campus?
