Thanks! I'm proud of the growth of Alpha Xi Delta over the last few years. I feel like we've taken some risks but not gone crazy with all the growth opportunities out there. As a person who always wants to "win" the colony wars, it's good that cooler heads are in charge of deciding which schools we fight for and which are better to leave to others. We have a couple big schools on our horizon, so my guess is we won't have much growth for a few years. I'm looking for a big announcement in 2015/16, but probably no new housed chapters in 2014. But I'm no psychic and have no insider information, so who knows? I am noticing a distinct lack of growth south of the Mason-Dixon line, and there are probably some alumnae champing at the bit to get a new local chapter.
