How about salmon on the grill with a great bbq sauce? You can smoke whole turkey breasts or briskets, or even do prime rib n the grill.
Korean steak is delicious and you don't have to use "prime" cuts of beef. Marinate steaks in teriyaki, ginger, garlic & green onion. Overnight is best. Grill with indirect heat (move the coals to the side of the grill). Watch for flare=ups.
