This is one of those situations you really can't have an intellegent conversation about because many people will be emotionally invovled. Are you going to have a logical rational discussion about the drinking death of an undergrad with the parents of the deceased? His friends? The people that knew him? I don't think so.

If you did post something about the deceased's actions that were anything but laudatory, you would probably be jumped on.
