I had these made for an alumni event this fall - red velvet cake pops. I used this bakery that also made my wedding cake - they were voted "Best of the Main Line" for a couple years running and their cakes and cake pops are so good. The ladies loved them and not a single one was left! They had red ribbons around the stick - so cute.
This isn't a picture of the ones I had made, but I used this pic to show the bakery what to do and the pops looked just like this.

Cardinal & Straw
I got a great deal on some red/yellow cupcakes when the SF 49ers lost the Super Bowl. Worked out perfectly for my Chi Omega gathering!

That's the one I was looking for online! I knew I wasn't going crazy imagining it.

In 2012, the world record was broken for the largest sculptured cake. It was unveiled at Kappa Alpha Psi's 100th national convention.

I make a really good marshmallow fondant that "mixes" with buttercream and is AMAZING.
My decorating, however, is nowhere NEAR as amazing as a lot of the examples here!
