And there's a good chance it's not even a problem among this fraternity, but rather, just this one member. After all, he did have to teach his chapter that dancing is fun and making out is "tongue on tongue"

Apparently, the school has been investigating it since Sept. 18. It wasn't until Monday that the email went viral on the internet. I wonder what took so long. It also makes me wonder if someone within the university's disciplinary committee leaked the email.
