TTKA tried to colonize at Howard, not sure what exactly happened ,but in the end it wasn't successful.

Our first chapter at an HBCU was at Howard. It was chartered in, I think, 1952.

This is one of my favorite topics on GreekChat.

Officially, not enough numbers to sustain a chapter at the size the fraternity requires.

Unofficially, it wasn't a good fit, from campus to fraternity to individual members.

An org with looser size requirements would be a better fit there.
