You can fuss at me if you want, but fuss at MP too (see above). Plus, my comment was clearly hypothetical. To think that PH would bring a new colony in expressly because our system is too big, and then to also think that there is
zero chance that they would make
any adjustments to quota even in light of a growing PNM pool, is naïve.
