Yes, it might be a signal. But, the only thing you can do is to keep going moving on. Make sure the other two groups know you are interested, too.
Also, if you go to the open events for the one that you like the most, do not ask "Why wasn't I invited to the golf event?" or even "How was the golfing event?" Just talk to the guys, act normal, and hope for the best.
