Yes! Both my children graduated from Samford and my daughter is a sorority alumna. Greek life is more laid back than Bama or Auburn-it is not the end all and be all like it is at some schools. With that being said, sorority recruitment is competitive and PNMs should have recommendations to all 5 sororities. The sororities are all award winners within their respective national organizations.

My kids loved Samford and both felt well prepared for graduate school. If you have any particular questions, I would be happy to try and answer them. Additionally, the Admissions staff holds prospective student weekends several times in the fall and I would encourage you all to go. They are usually held during football home games so you get to see the real flavor of the campus/ Admissions holds information sessions for both parents and kids and you learn a lot about the school.
