I can't imagine a recruitment with even "just" 750 pnms! Mine only had 150-200 (and that was something like 85% of freshman girls!) and it was still exhausting! I am in awe of the women that put these on!

Generallygreek received her recruitment wardrobe guidelines last week, and I was relieved that she already has everything on the list. Since they're going down to only 3 rounds this winter, first night is Panhellenic T-shirt, and last night is LBD. The second night is still up in the air...hopefully she'll be in the skit and she'll wear a costume! So far, it's easier than the requirements for volunteer alumnae at the chapter I advise!

My thoughts exactly! If we had 150 girls go through rush with me, that was a lot! I was in a pledge class of 12. The following year we had a HUGE pledge class-- 21

Just "heard" some USC houses don't have membership selection after Convo
round, but only after Open House, video, and Pref. Could this be they already made the Convo "releases" before even meeting the PNMs? Are they making this decision strictly off of recs, registration, photos? BTW these aren't the houses that invite everybody back after Convo round. Thanks for any insight.
