John Snow is that obsessive PNM who hangs around but is never offered a bid.
Theon is the girl who got a bid elsewhere, but spends more time with your chapter than her own.

Catlyn is the recruitment advisor who is sent to turn in the list to GL, and on her way there, releases a PNM everyone else wanted to keep.

Arya is the legacy that you were not sure would fit in - but she turns out to be Miss Awesome.

Dany is the PNM that all the chapters want.
Brienne is the girl that's made to stay in the kitchen during rush.

My Chapter had a flapper party at Ole Miss back in the 80's, but no passwords.

What I wouldn't give for a party to make the introverts feel welcomed too. Some people just take a while to warm up. Traditional rush is the worst environment for them.
Maybe an open-house, coffeehouse atmosphere afternoon. Or a real philanthropy function, where those who are the great behind-the-scenes workers can shine.

A real garden party. It would have to be all outside, and the chapter would have to have a big enough patio/terrace/backyard space to accommodate. It could not be a "no-frills" party -- everyone would wear their favorite casual sundress, and sweet tea and different flavors of sherbet would be served. Lots of containers of roses and peonies (the alumns could take them home afterwards).
My chapter had a garden-theme party, but it was nothing like this.

Divide into teams and have water balloon fights, complete with slingshots!

IndianaSigKap's sports bar might be for you. Your choice of sports and teams. Watching a game or match would offer a focus that's not on the PNM.
As any introvert, I say...any kind of party where you do something and the person in front of you is not waiting for you to utter the next profound, witty thing.
Like sports or...water balloons.
Paintball??

Actually, you could combine this with my garden-party idea, and see what happens ...

Petting zoo. Not practical, definitely weird, and possibly smelly - but I just feel like pygmy goats would make even the worst party better.

LOL
Cercei is the "mean girl" member who blatantly snubs any PNM she feels is beneath her top tier house. Even if you get a bid, she's still mean to you.

My ultimate recruitment party would have poles and currency in the appropriate denomination.

The team division would, of course, be "random". Desirable PNMs and top rushers on one side, vs. undesirable PNMs and weaker rushers on the other side.

That would REALLY be hilarious!
Move the peonies and roses inside first, please!
