I gave you 3 campuses that I am aware of that have in the past 6-8 years. You should contact them. And the statement for membership requirements for your university does not mean what you are thinking. None of the NPC groups haze or practice discrimination (which means on the basis of race, religion, etc). Many of the recognized groups on your campus have membership requirements - grades, activities, etc. And so will the NPC groups. And you should have them for your little interest group as well. But the statement does not indicate what you seem to be concerned about.
