Having been through a pretty big recruitment, by the time pref rolls around, I don't think women are "getting lost in the crowd", so to speak. In the first round, when a rusher might meet 50 women (all wearing the same t-shirt) in a single day, a unique accessory or something might help job someone's memory, but by pref, nobody's going to forget a PNM because she was wearing black.
