I wonder how many people in Massachusetts will now regret that there is no state death penalty. They are going to have to rely of the federal government to prosecute and punish the bomber, if the death penalty is going to be on the table.

I would think he'd face federal charges. Regardless, I wouldn't mind seeing him rot in jail for the rest of his life. He deserves to be tortured and not given the easy way out.

I am personally against the death penalty, not against the death penalty until someone is a REAL DICK. I think it's disingenuous to imply that everyone in Massachusetts wants the feds to swoop in and fry this guy.
