I'm curious, how does Chi O have theirs set up? I'm pushing for our org to start using rec forms and legacy info forms.
I didn't do any RIF's last year, but you can do EVERYTHING ONLINE! Including uploading a photo & listing their facebook link & other website link (like twitter, etc). There's no separate upload for a Recruitment Resume, but I ask anyone I'm writing a RIF for to paste a photo onto their resume and save it as a pdf.

I've done the same thing for Theta. And - we can attach resumes, photos, etc. So awesome!
