Update: Purdue Extends Beta Theta Pi Suspension

“11/1/12 Beta Theta Pi Fraternity

The fraternity was suspended on Nov. 1 until May 2013 after charges of hazing and providing alcohol to minors. All members were moved to “alumni status” and given until December to move out. Then in April 2013, the suspension was extended until 2015, due to new violations . . . “

So who were the Betas who were involved in the new violations? Didn't everyone get alumni status and have to move out of their house? Or did these "alumni" just continue operating despite the previous sanctions?
