You've known since the fall that I was looking for a new job. As my boss, you have known this long and have done nothing to entice me to stay. I am the best person you have and all you do is crap on me.
I interviewed for a job today that I really, really, really want. And, frankly, I deserve it.
I just hope that I can (very soon) walk into your office and tell you I'm not coming back!
