My Badge disappeared a couple of years ago so when I ordered a replacement from National it came to me with the dangles attached through the individual links of the guard chain. I really don't like the way the dangles lay when they're attached like this and eventually I'd like to take off the dangles and put them back on so that the guard chain goes through the dangles' jump rings.
A word of caution about doing this yourself...when you're pulling apart the jump rings (the little hoops that connect the guard chain to the guard and Badge and the dangles to the guard chain), be careful how you position the ends when you close it again.
