If you don't like it, drop out. It's not worth wasting your time and money, and their time as well. You may or may not be able to join another this semester; you may have to wait until next semester/rush. You can ask the Greek Adviser at your school about eligibility.
Just so you know, every fraternity/sorority, no matter how large or small, has internal drama. Not everyone likes everyone else. This is true of any organization you join, Greek or not, so be prepared for it no matter what.
