Have we evver had a chapter at Baylor? I don't recall seeing one there. And it wouldnt be inactive - it could be closed. DG doesn't use the term "inactive."

My bad - DG closed at Baylor in the early 80s - maybe 83?
Dukedg list says DG was there 78-86?

Yes, DG had a chapter when I was there (I graduated in 1985). I think it closed several years after I left but I guess it could have been as early as 1986.
