I'm having a really hard time believing that they are licensed by the sororities. None of these "emblems" are official crests, are they? It looks like they have some official logos on their team shoes, but the schools are very limited. That "Phi Delta" shoe looks like a thwarted attempt at the Phi Mu quatrefoil. I could see these shoes becoming the target of a cease and desist request.

I'm not sure if each individual product has to be licensed, but the official Greek Licensing website shows that most (I did double check and a few sororities are not licensed...I believe AEPhi and SDT may be the only ones who aren't) NPC sororities have Herstar listed as a licensed vendor.

I have absolutely no idea who thought it was a good idea, unless Herstar grossly misrepresented their products. Especially in Sigma Kappa's case, I can't see the shoes being okay. Also, apparently ballet flats may be on their way as well.
