Seriously, we have no idea what the odds are. Sounds like it's not a super competitive campus. You need to make sure you have a SOLID plan on how to pay for your dues (that does not depend on your parents as they have fallen through in the past). Get recs for the chapters (if they are not required, it'll be a big positive). Are any of the groups doing open bidding in the Spring? You could consider that instead of formal recruitment again (if you KNOW you can afford it).
