Not commenting one way or the other on chances of getting a bid, but do remember that there are
lots of organizations that can help with these goals. Depending on why you want to network or what specific benefit you see for the future, there could be other organizations that might be a better fit for those purposes.
Not trying to discourage thinking of going Greek at all; just trying to remind you there are lots of opportunities in college outside Greek life.
