Are you familiar with her big sister? It might be worth reaching out to her in-chapter mentor to see what the chapter does traditionally, if she personally is purchasing any gifts, etc.

My mom worked with my big to surprise me with some beautiful flowers in addition to a pin pillow and a special jacket that displayed our crest, now that I could wear it as an initiated member. It was so thoughtful and one of my favorite gifts ever!

Under sorority goodies, non-specific reasons, I saw the cutest Easter Eggs (larger, for a hunt, I guess) the other day at K-mart. They came three in a pack, and one pack has a Lion, a Panda, and I think a Turtle in it. With a little Panhellenic cooperation, it could be really cute.
