The sorority chapter at your school will have information on dues and its pledging process. You need to ask them these questions. Additionally, hazing is illegal in Tennessee, and it is against the policies of every national sorority. If you find yourself engaged in a situation where there is hazing, leave and report it to the appropriate authorities.
It sounds like you
had a very good chance at pledging DST until you claimed on the internet that you have a 100% chance of getting in. No sorority likes this type of attitude in nonmembers and you may have just cost yourself your chance by your lack of discretion.
