I agree with all of the above. I hardly watch the local news anymore because the whole half hour is a constant barrage of political ads, most of them from local races and most originating from those out-of-state pacs. Damn the Supreme Court!

Radio ads for The Shane Company. "Now YOU have a friend in the diamond business...".

No, no I don't. Also, listen to Tom Shane say the word designers. He pronounces the G.

Over 30 years I've had to hear that bozo flaunt his goods.

Mid Century Design.

Any piece of crap from 1940-1970 is marked with an inflated price tag and the title, "Mid Century"

Going forward....used in any meeting

Misuse of the word "apropos". It means "pertaining to" and it makes me nuts when people use it as a synonym for "appropriate".

Actually, the primary meaning of "apropos" is fitting, opportune or appropriate. "Apropos of" is an idiom that means "pertaining to."

This! This! It makes me crazy when I hear it because it's nearly always used the wrong way. What's worse is that it's becoming a very popular phrase.

I think Nick Jonas was a weak spot in a very strong cast, but overall I prefer the 25th to the 10th. I will admit that the 25th "One Day More" had a lot of room for improvement, mostly due to Jonas.
