I've just scrolled through all these pictures of letters -- and the Bid Day Pics, too. They are all so bright and creative!
When did letters become de rigueur? Did they begin in one region and just go viral?
Do chapters have one set of letters (often made by a member and a helpful dad) that they repaint each year? Are they repainted seasonally (=Christmas, or for a themed party during the year)? Or do they make new sets? (That would become a storage problem very quickly.)
