All that sounds pretty much like my big/little week (minus the lap dance, thank you Big lol) one of the things my big did was get my room key from my roommate (who was also pledging, so her big joined my big in this) and decorated it for Halloween, left candy and gifts, put streamers up, made a "spider web" over our door, etc. Our b/l week was closer to Halloween, but you could do something similar in your colors or her favorite color?
