irishpipes,
Neither Sigma Kappa nor DPhiE have been continuously on campus at the University of Michigan (Ann Arbor). I know DPhiE closed in 1971 and was reopened in the mid-80s (1985 or so). Sigma Kappa also closed at one point and got their charter back in 1984. Maybe someone from those sororities know closing/re-chartering dates.
Fun Fact: While Sigma Kappa has had their house at 1811 Washtenaw for almost 2 decades, that was the original DPhiE house. I know DPhiE sold the house when they left campus and it was bought out by a non-Greek entity, which later sold it to Sigma Kappa.

The current Sigma Kappa house at Michigan has had a variety of owners/tenants over the years. It was originally constructed by Delta Theta Phi legal fraternity during the 1920s. At some point Phi Sigma Delta fraternity lived there until their national was merged into Zeta Beta Tau. After Delta Phi Epsilon owned it Phi Kappa Psi leased it when they returned to campus. Originally it did not have the columned porch on the front -- not sure who added them.

Alpha Xi Delta took 53 new members at DePaul in their first ever formal recruitment as a chapter! Quota was 36. I also read on Twitter that Alpha Phi took 40.
Also, please note that at the end of the last school year, DePaul Panhellenic voted to move back Phi Mu's colonization to Fall 2013.
