She doesn't have Friday classes. I believe there were a few discussion sections available on Fridays, but most classes were MW or TTh.
Her biggest exposures to college campuses were Michigan and Barnard so I don't know that she had a lot to compare to
Michigan might be more like a Northeast school than a Southern school would be. She is used to a pretty urban setting though.
I did ask her if she was getting enough "alone" time. She is like me in some ways. We both are very social and like to be active in organizations and go do things with people, but we also both need a certain amount of "alone" time. It was really difficult for me in college because I had a roommate who rarely left the room save for work and class. She was ALWAYS there. Hypo said her roommate went home last weekend so she got some time alone and enjoyed that. She also said she goes to the study lounge a lot and nobody else is ever in there so she gets her space there.
