There is always an extra room hiding in the hotel somewhere and if you need it (snowed in in Milwaukee in January after he'd checked out of the hotel), they can magically make it appear. So back to the original subject BE NICE. It will pay off.

This is how upgrades happen, too. They are almost non-existent on flights these days, but hotels can very often bump you into a suite.
