It won't be known until formal recruitment is over and chapters see how many women they get as compared to quota/total. Often, the chapters doing COB keep it on the DL, and if they need to pick up just a few women, they grab friends of women already in chapters. Your best bet is to let the GL office know you are interested and/or check out SDT if that is of interest to you as well.
