Is it typical on this campus to have almost half the groups not make quota? I thought with RFM in play there was a quota range where they looked at placing the most PNMs and helping the most groups get quota. I guess preference goes to placing more PNMs?
Just trying to understand these numbers. I do fine following all the other threads about RFM, and I think that I have a decent understanding of how it works. I just haven't seen results where such a high percentage of the chapters don't make quota under an RFM system.

My collegiate chapter of AOII, Lambda Tau, at University of Louisiana at Monroe took quota with 37 new members! That is a huge number of NMs! Up from quota of 25 last year.
eTA: Phi Mu took 39. I haven't found KD.

I would never have the patience to count heads in a group picture- plus I'm sure I would miss a few or double count!
