Parents so desperately want to be "cool" that they let their kids wear anything they want...the kids are playing the parents and are way more intelligent. It's scary really.
oh Ali, I remember when I was in high school, there was a 7th grader with a "bun in the oven"!!
My mom would have a cow just from the bra straps hanging out under the spaghetti strap tops. Let alone a shirt that says "tease" or something of the like. We used to tuck up our t-shirts to show off our midriffs when we were pretending to be Cher or something, but we sure as heck would never have been permitted to go to school or the mall like that. Kids don't have time to play and pretend anymore...that's the problem... so they are doing these things in real life instead.
