Perhaps it is the company I keep. But frankly, no I haven’t heard that sorority girl (or more actually, sorority women/girls as a group) = bitches. Even as a stereotype. On the other hand, I have heard of a girl referred to as a bitch. And in a few cases, she happened to be in a sorority. However the stereotype that because she is in a sorority, she is also a bitch was never alluded to.
