No. Many NPC sororities do not offer bids to graduate students. (I have no idea whether ZTA and/or Phi Mu do or don't as I'm not in either one.)

At any rate, don't count on receiving a bid ANYWHERE as a grad student, even if the campus you go to for grad school has NPC sororities.

I don't count on it, I'm just going to TRY and receive a bid. If I don't, oh well
