I have recently become the president of a sorority at a small school. We only have four members and I am trying to find a way to change the image that is put off in order to obtain more recruits. The image that is put off is sort of a strange image. It is like some of the sister cannot figure out how to act at an event which potentials are at.

We are a philanthropic sorority and I am trying to spread that we are on campus being the only sorority who has been able to stay alive at the school. I am trying to make greek life on campus bigger which is hard with just us and our brothers who also have only 3 members.

Any ideas on recruiting or ways i could bring up their behavior at events would be appreciated.

How are they acting that you find unacceptable?

(for the next few questions, "you" and "your" refer to both your sorority and the fraternity you referenced)

Does the school support you? Do you do any PR? Do you have Facebook pages? How did your numbers get this low? Have you asked the student life office for help in increasing your numbers and/or visibility?

I'm assuming that neither of these groups are national.

Unless the school has 50 people total, I think that how your members are "acting" is the least of your problems.
