She was smart and funny. Nora Ephron wrote about women who appreciated life's vagaries, trials and tribulations. One of the funniest articles that I ever read was about growing up in Beverly Hills flat chested at a time where there were no boob jobs. And she was (like LeslieAnne, MelindaWarren and me) a Norman.

Rest in peace.

The writing - especially screen writing - world will be less classy without her.

Two of my favorite movies (and acres of quotes therein) are thanks to her. A very big loss to the writing world, and the world in general.
